Paso Robles attorney Dale Gustin was officially disbarred by the California State Bar.
According to the Tribune, the state bar disbarred Gustin after it determined that he committed “acts of moral turpitutde” including threatening opposing counsel’s clients with criminal charges.
Gustin was officially disbarred October 5th after more than a year of being ineligible to practice law in the state.
Gustin first began practicing law back in December of 1977. Since then, he has been suspended several times before his disbarment.
