After a five year delay, plans for the Beechwood Development in Paso Robles are moving forward.
This evening, the city of Paso Robles will conduct an informational meeting to give residents an opportunity to talk about it. The development includes 915 homes, to be built in the area between Creston road and Meadowlark road, not far from the Paso Robles Golf Club. The meeting will be held from 5:30 to 7:30 this evening at Virginia Peterson middle school. Susan de Carli and other planning staff will be on hand to describe the plan and answer questions.
The developers hope to begin construction during late 2019.
