Power Outage in SLO Impacts 3,000 Customers

A transformer problem knocked out power to about 3,000 PG and E customers in San Luis Obispo yesterday morning. The outage occurred at 10:55. It impacted the Foothill Boulevard area out nearly to the Men’s Colony. By 2 yesterday afternoon, power was restored to all but 16 customers.
