Honor flight of the Central Coast is looking for World War II and Korean War Veterans. They’re encouraging those vets to apply for three-day “Tour of Honor” trips to Washington DC. The flights are scheduled in early May and June. A third flight is scheduled to be announced later for this fall.

A motorcyclist was killed Friday afternoon when his bike ran into another vehicle on highway 46 east. The accident occurred at 1:50 Friday afternoon. The motorcyclist was riding on highway 46 near Hunter Ranch golf course. The man killed in the accident has not yet been identified, pending notification of next of kin.
