An Atascadero man charged with murder yesterday for a fatal stabbing in Shandon. 26-year-old Kejuan Guy Bynum allegedly stabbed to death 23-year-old Christopher Vento Wilson on June first. Conservation groups are concerned about mountain lion populations in the state. The center for biological diversity and the mountain lion foundation filing a petition to get the mountain lion listed as threatened or endangered under California’s endangered species act. Listing the lions as threatened or endangered would stimulate protections under the California environmental quality act.
