Vandalism early yesterday morning in Paso Robles. Four businesses had windows smashed sometime overnight. Those impacted were on the 400, 1200, 1700 and 1900 blocks of spring street. Atascadero’s mayor was reelected. Mayor Heather Moreno, re-elected by a wide margin. She received 43% of the vote, to Jerry Tanimoto with 35%. Josh Donovan 21%.
