Governor Gavin Newsom outlines plans to restart high school sports in California. He says school districts much reach specific levels of positivity in order to resume high school sports.

The governor also says teachers and child-care workers will receive 10% of all the coronavirus vaccines in California.
The governor making public his plan to vaccinate teachers last week. The intent is to reopen public schools, most of which have been closed for the past 11 months.
