A Paso Robles winery shut down by the California Department of Alcohol and Beverage Control.
It was caught operating without a license to sell alcohol for the past three years.
Ernest Hemingway Vineyards opened its doors in November of 2019. The ABC says they never had a license. The owner faces a fine up to $1,000 and six months in jail.
