20-year-old Tianna Arata had another virtual day in court yesterday. She appeared via Zoom, but her attorney says they will be challenging the charges against her on first amendment grounds. Attorney Curtis Briggs spoke. At yesterday’s arraignment Tianna’s attorney says he wants the charges thrown out, citing the first amendment rights of his client.
