Assemblyman Jordan Cunningham introduces legislation that would make records of police misconduct and shootings public, even if an officer resigned before an investigation of his conduct is conducted.
The assemblyman introducing the bill last week. It’s the second time he’s introduced a bill of this nature. A previous bill died in the senate appropriations committee last year.
