An 18-year-old man died after falling from a cliff in Isla Vista, near UC Santa Barbara late Friday night. The victim has not been identified. Nor have they released his blood alcohol content.
Four years ago, Gianna Brencola was convicted of killing a Cal Poly student in a fatal hit and run accident on Foothill Boulevard.
