Atascadero city council meets this evening, virtually. The council will approve a proclamation honoring first responders in the city. They will also discuss an increase in sewer rates. Two fires yesterday in Paso Robles. Yesterday afternoon, a fire broke out in the Salinas riverbed near Sulphur Springs road, just north of the 46 overpass.
