Another crash on 101 near Paso Robles last night. It occurred around 6:25 on SB 101 near the highway 46 exit. No injuries reported, but the accident blocked both lanes of traffic on southbound 101.

Last night, Paso schools sending out an email to parents and guardians advising them of plans for kindergartners to return to class today. Some students in the Atascadero school district return to school yesterday. About 450 students and 35 teachers returning to elementary school yesterday. Another 550 students are practicing distance learning. Parents said they were glad to see their kids back in the classroom.

A humpback whale is hanging out near Port San Luis. It showed up Thursday, giving some kayakers a surprising close encounter with the whale. Yesterday, another episode with the humpback whale apparently feeding in the area near the Harford pier. Click on video below: Humpback
