The British air force special forces are conducting practice parachute jumps in the north county. Their aircraft are located at the Paso Robles airport.
That exercise came before city council last night. One of the British officers also spoke at last night’s council meeting.
The British special forces may be taking some practice jumps today in the north county. They also practice cold weather jumps in Finland. And hot weather jumps in Chad.
You can see their aircraft at the Paso Robles airport. The large A-400 is standing next to Joe’s One Niner Diner. You’ll notice a small British flag on the side of the plane and the letters RAF, which stands for Royal Air Force.
