The Templeton CHP is going to gear up after an increase in north county car accidents.
The CHP on the lookout for drivers violating primary collision factors.
Those include speeding, seat belt violations, unsafe lane changes, distracted driving following too close and drive under the influence.
The CHP recommends that if you see another motorist driving unsafely call “911.”
Since March 1st, nine people have died in traffic collision in the north county. Most were driving at a high rate of speed.
