Mike Brown of the Coalition Of Labor, Agriculture and Business says the citizens group is trying to manipulate the system. He says they filed their suit in Paso Robles because of the judge.
Supervisor Lynn Compton said previously that the county may ask for a change of venue, so Judge Baltodano may not hear the case in Paso Robles.
