In Morro Bay yesterday, a dead man was discovered in the middle of the street in the area of Harbor and Piney way.
At 2:53 in the morning, police and fire personnel responded to the area. They discovered the man was in fact deceased.
The investigation into his death is on-going.
Police have not released the man’s age or identity pending notification of his family.
