One sad note this morning.
Former Paso Robles city councilman Ed Steinbeck died recently after a battle with Parkinson’s disease.
Steinbeck served four years on the Paso Robles planning commission before serving on the city council.
Steinbeck died earlier this month in Indianapolis, where he lived with his daughter and her family.
