The top team in the nation in college basketball is Gonzaga of Spokane Washington. The Zags beat Kansas and Auburn over the weekend. 102-90 and 90-67.
Baylor is number two. Iowa is third. Wiconsin and Illinois round out the top five. Duke is ranked number 6.
Kansas drops to #7 after losing to Gonzaga.
Michigan state, Creighton and Houston round out the top ten.
Only other west coast teams in the top ten, besides Gonzaga, Oregon is # 21. Arizona state is number 25.
UCLA dropped out of the poll after losing to San Diego state, and needing triple overtime to beat Pepperdine.
Cal Poly did not receive any votes, despite their lopsided win last Friday over Bethesda university of Anaheim, 100-46. They play Friday at university of San Francisco, then Monday against Stanford.
