A Lyft driver pleads not guilty in a sexual assault case in superior court.
Yesterday, 51-year-old Jason Fenwick entered the plea to a variety of sexual charges including committing an assault during the commission of a burglary.
Fenwick faces 18 years in prison if he’s convicted of all the charges. He allegedly drove an inebriated woman to her home in Nipomo, then when she became unconscious he sexually assaulted her. He remains in custody at the county jail. He’s due back in court November 21st.
