The controversial parking program returns to Paso Robles city council tonight.
The city discontinued use of the Way-To-Park app. They’re going out of business, so that is no longer the way to park here on out. All parking sessions must be started using the parking pay stations. You have to go to one of those kiosks to pay for parking. As for the free parking, that may go away.
One of the stumbling blocks facing the parking program, the provision which allows you to park free for the first two hours. The previous Way-To-Park app accommodated that free two hours. The others do not.
The city council will revisit the downtown parking program this evening. The council meets at 6:30 at the library conference room. You can hear the meeting live here on KPRL beginning at 6:30.
