Paso Robles City Council approved three measures to move forward toward building a Homeless Warming Center, near the water treatment plant on Sulfer Springs Road. Julie Silva Dahlen explained that the grant stipulates that the shelter must be completed by April 2021. That puts pressure on the city to begin construction and planning as soon as possible.
At last night’s Paso Robles City Council meeting, the council honored those who work in the police department handling the plethora of police reports and criminal records, and the council honored Hospice of San Luis Obispo County.
