A new warming center for homeless during cold and stormy weather manifested at the Paso Robles Event Center.
Aurora William created the warming center for homeless residents while the atmospheric river was drenching the north county.
The shelter first sprang up at the Paso Robles Church of the Nazarene, then relocated to the Paso Robles Event Center.
William says the warming shelter will operate through April 15th when it’s needed, and it looks like it will be necessary when we get more rain weather later this week.
