Roadwork on the stretch of 101 north of Paso Robles will get more intense for the next two weeks.
The San Miguel rehabilitation project covers an eight mile stretch of roadway. You’ll see work expanded this week from the San Marcos Creek bridge north to Camp Roberts.
This week, the railing from the 10th street bridge will be demolished, which will cause 20 minute delays from six in the morning until six in the evening. Next week, they’ll place girders at the 10th street bridge, and that will also delay traffic up to 30 minutes. It’s a $56 million dollar project to improve 101 around San Miguel.
