On Thursday afternoon, a semi-truck crashed into a fire hydrant, sending a spew of water gushing into the air.
A report for the collision came in just before 1 pm. The incident took place by the intersection of California boulevard and Taft street.
The San Luis Obispo police department says the semi truck driver did not suffer any injuries.
Utilities workers and firefighters worked to fix the fire hydrant.
