San Luis Obispo county releases it’s weekly report on new covid cases. They say 386 new cases manifesting over the past week. 18 delta cases.
Two new deaths reported. One person in their 60’s. Another in their 80’s. No word on underlying conditions.
The greatest number of new cases occurred in San Luis Obispo. 68 new cases there.
64 in Paso Robles
57 in Atascadero
21 in Templeton.
Worldwide about 4 million people with coronavirus have died.
One hundred years ago, during the Spanish flu epidemic, 40-50 million died, although some say the number was closer to 100 million.
