Three Monterey county men arrested in connection with last weeks robbery at Chase bank in Paso Robles will not be charged.
The district attorney’s office announcing that the office will not be filing charges at this time against the three men from Soledad and Greenfield. The DA’s office saying that a substantial amount of evidence seized during their arrest is still being processed.
The men were arrested for driving about 100 miles an hour on NB highway 101 near King City. That was a couple hours after Chase bank in Paso Robles was robbed by five men wearing masks and carrying handguns and a rifle. One employee was struck with a rifle before the men fled in a vehicle.
