This week, the promoters of one plan will speak in Atascadero. New California divides the state in two parts. One includes urban areas from Los Angeles to San Francisco. That’s “Old California.” “New California” includes everything left, including the north county. San Luis Obispo would be part of “Old California.” The proposal may be on the ballot in November.
Wednesday night, two of the main promoters will speak at the Lake Pavillion in Atascadero. That’s Wednesday evening at the Atascadero Lake Pavillion. The speech will be from 6:30 to 8:30. Doors open at 6:00.
