The Sierra Vista regional medical center and Twin Cities communities hospital have both been sold to Adventist Health for 550 million dollars.
Adventist Health announced they have signed the agreements to purchase the two locations yesterday, and this includes the related physician practices and imaging centers.
Adventist Health says the acquisition will help to expand its mission of providing access to high-quality care on the central coast.
The transaction is expected to be completed in the spring of 2024.
