20-year-old Tianna Arata had another virtual day in court yesterday. She appeared via Zoom, but her attorney says they will be challenging the charges against her on first amendment grounds. Attorney Curtis Briggs spoke. At yesterday’s arraignment Tianna’s attorney says he wants the charges thrown out, citing the first amendment rights of his client.
The Paso Robles police are investigating a shooting which occurred just before ten last night in the area of Santa Ysabel and San Augustin drive. No other details yet available. Police are on the scene, doing their investigation. We’ll have more information as it becomes available to us.
