A proposed development for Del Rio Ranch in Atascadero, at the corner of Del Rio road and El Camino Real, is seeking approval from the Atascadero city council on several amendments to its concept.
According to tomorrow’s city council meeting for Atascadero, the Del Rio specific plan was initially approved in 2012 with several amendments made years later, but the applicant did not pursue the approved development and is instead seeking changes.
The changes remove initially proposed mixed-use & multi-family residential buildings. The project now proposes a commercial center, 98 RV spaces, 70 glamping spaces, commercial tenant space, an event lawn, and resort amenities.
The Atascadero city council will discuss whether to approve the amendments to this plan, modify its conditions, or deny the project.
