Atascadero police department detectives executed an arrest warrant yesterday on the 9300 block of Rivera lane.
The department says they arrested 30-year-old Nicholas Jordan Davin without incident for three felony charges: contacting a minor with the intent to commit a sexual offense, sending obscene material to minor with sexual intent, and possessing obscene material. He was transported to San Luis Obispo county jail with a bail of $50,000.
Detectives are continuing to investigate this incident.
