The California highway patrol will be holding a DUI and driver license safety checkpoint this Saturday, September 26th at an undisclosed location in San Luis Obispo county.
CHP Templeton area says vehicles will be checked for drivers who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or driving while unlicensed. Funding for the program was provided from a grant from the California office of traffic safety through the national highway traffic safety administration.
