The city of Paso Robles announced there will be lane restrictions for various roads next week as part of ongoing projects.
At 9 pm on Thursday, November 12th through 5 am Friday, AT&T will inspect existing utility manholes in the Niblick bridge deck. This will determine the utility work required for future bridge work expected to start early next year. During this time, lanes on the south side of the bridge will be closed to traffic, and shifted to the north side, with one lane open in each direction. The traffic signal at first and Spring street will operate as a red flashing signal. On Creston road, waterline trenching and traffic-signal conduit trenching will continue.
Lane shifts will be in place on Creston, from 7 am to 4 pm. Work is continuing on the west side as well, at 30th, 32nd, and 36th streets, with striping, raising utility covers, and installing roadside berms.
