CHP reported a traffic collision with unknown injuries at about 8:40 this morning on the southbound US 101, near the Pine street off-ramp.
Later, the freeway was closed on the southbound side as the sheriff’s office confirmed this incident came from a police chase, and police involved shooting. As of 10:30 this morning, there was no reopening time for the sig alert.
