Three more black lives matters protesters have charges against them dismissed for the protest in San Luis Obispo last summer.
Charges against the three will be sealed, which means that they will be deemed to have never occurred.
Two other defendants are asking for diversion. A judge will rule on that request next week.
That would allow the defendants to perform community services rather than serve jail time.
