The city of Paso Robles is inviting volunteers to participate in this year’s County Creeks to Coast Cleanup Day.
Paso Robles is holding two sites of volunteers at either Larry Moore park or the Salinas Riverwalk. This countywide event brings volunteers together to collect litter and debris along the Salinas river and neighborhood, helping prevent trash from washing downstream.
Volunteers of all ages can register in advance of the event, which will be held Saturday, September 19th from 9 am to noon. Gloves, trash bags, and water will be provided alongside free pizza and sodas for volunteers. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing, sturdy shoes, and sun protection.
