Road improvements for several streets on the west side of Paso Robles have begun.
Work has started for portions of 16th, 18th, 30th, 32nd, and 36th streets. City contractors will be digging small exploratory openings to locate and verify underground utilities before major construction begins. Construction hours are Monday through Friday, 7 am to 5 pm. Parking is restricted in those areas during work hours. Concrete work on 16th street will include curb ramps, sidewalks, and gutters.
The project is funded in part by Measure J-20.
