A small, unplanned PG&E power outage hit the area northeast of Paso Robles surrounding Hog Canyon road & Buckthorn Ridge place. The outage was restored at about 10 this morning. About 50 to 499 PG&E customers were currently affected. No further information is available from PG&E at this time.
