The next Paso Robles city council meeting is tomorrow night, starting at 6:30.
On the agenda is a request to rezone the property located at 1745 Spring street to allow for hotel rooms and a wine tasting room. The applicant for the project is seeking to construct a mixed-use building on the property with 8 residential units, 16 hotel rooms, and a wine tasting room.
The project has gone through several planning commission public hearings, and was recently approved for rezoning by the planning commission in a 6 – 0 vote. The city council can now choose to approve the project and the property’s rezoning.
Later on the agenda, the city council will discuss approving Chris Huot to the position of interim city manager; city manager Ty Lewis is on leave of absence for health reasons.
