The city of Atascadero announced they will begin a monthly “Coffee With a Planner” series, with the first session this month.
This series expands opportunities for the community to connect with city planning staff. Informal sessions will be held to allow city staff to hear from the community on a variety of topics, including land use, zoning, city policies, and development projects. The goal is to allow for open dialogue and provide a casual and accessible time for ongoing community input.
The first session will be next week on Thursday, January 15th at 9 am at Malibu Brew. The topic for this month is short-term rentals, also known as vacation rentals.
