
Caltrans district 5 announced there will be a series of ramp closures for the southbound US 101 in south county.
A project to construct $32 million in infrastructure improvements continues, with projected Arroyo Grande ramp closures. Travelers will encounter a full closure of the Grand avenue on-ramp to southbound US 101 in Arroyo Grande, starting Sunday January 11th starting at 7 pm. This closure will remain for one week.
Additionally, there will be a closure of the Fair Oaks avenue off-ramp in Arroyo Grande starting Sunday. The project, according to Caltrans, will rehabilitate pavement and drainage systems, designate bike-ways with pavement delineation, and enhance highway worker safety.
