The county elections office is calling on young artists to submit “I voted” sticker designs for the upcoming June and November 2026 elections.
First started in 2024, the contest allows young artists, grades 3 through 12, to submit sticker designs that will be printed and distributed at polling locations. The entry period starts on Tuesday, and entries will be accepted through March 10th.
The stickers must include the words “I Voted” “Yo Voté” or “Future Voter,” and can be submitted in person, mail, or via email. Previous winners have hailed from Georgia Brown elementary, Old Mission school, and San Luis Obispo high school.
Complete rules can be found at: slovote.gov. Winners will be announced April 2026.
