The city of Paso Robles has launched a new online portal for public records requests.
The new system will make it easier for community members to submit requests, communicate with city staff, and track the progress of their requests. Responses in the new system will also appear in a searchable database of previous requests and responses. The city clerkâs office has been transitioning from tracking requests offline to entering email requests, and into the new system over the past month.
Requests can be made anonymously, or community members can provide contact information to receive their records directly via email. All requests are made public after 72 hours.
The new portal is available online at prcity.com/publicrecords
