The republican party of San Luis Obispo county has announced a list of endorsements for candidates in the 2026 election. For the north county, their endorsements are:
Faith Frankel for Paso Robles mayor
Tom Apkarian for Paso Robles school board of trustees area 1
Chris Bausch for Paso Robles city council district 2
John Rowins for Paso Robles school board of trustees area 4
And Mike Avila for Atascadero city council.
Additional candidate endorsements may be announced as the 2026 election cycle progresses.
