The California mid-state fair will return to the Paso Robles event center in 2027 from July 14 to the 25th.
The official theme for the fair has been announced. The fair is bringing country charm and agricultural pride in 2027 with “hay days of summer,” a theme to celebrate the farmers, ranchers, traditions, and community spirit that make up California’s central coast. Agriculture in particular is at the heart of the mid-state fair, and the 2027 theme will invite fair-goers to join the fun through themed dress-up days, interactive displays, and photo opportunities.
Details about 2027 exhibits and entry deadlines will be submitted soon.
