The AIDS/Lifecycle Bicycle Ride is set to begin on June 2nd, and will go through June 8th.
Cyclists for the foundation will be riding 545 miles from San Francisco to Los Angeles to raise money for HIV/AIDS services provided by the San Francisco AIDS Foundation.
The cyclists will be entering Paso Robles on Tuesday, June 4th, arriving at the mid state fair grounds from southbound US 101. The riders will leave on Wednesday, June 5th using portions of the 46 west, highway 1, and highway 101 to end their day in Santa Maria.
CHP says they will be present to maintain a safe environment for motorists, cyclists, and support vehicles. Travelers should be aware of all participants on the roadway during this event.
