The Atascadero city council met last night to discuss the Del Rio Ranch master plan of development.
The plan proposes a commercial resort on the Del Rio Ranch site, which would establish short-term RV sites, glamping sites, short-term rental units, and commercial uses.
The projects details will be modified in response to input received from the community and council. Staff sought authorization to prepare a package for full analysis. The council unanimously approved the request for authorization.
Council also unanimously approved its amendments to its fee schedule, which would increase most of the city’s fees by 3 to 4 percent to retain 100% cost recovery.
