Highway 58 was shut down in both directions at Navajo quarry yesterday evening after a semi-truck overturned on the side of the roadway.
The report of the incident came in at about 5 pm, with a caller saying that a big rig rolled off the highway near Navajo Creek road. Emergency crews worked to clear the roadway and assist the big rig, closing highway 58 for several hours as a result.
The roadway was eventually opened at about 10:30 pm, according to CHP’s incident page. No injuries were reported.
