The city of Paso Robles has announced that November 1st bills for water meters will be delayed due to staffing issues.
The due date of the 20th for the bill remains, but the city says that no penalties will be assessed for late payments in the month of November.
The city says that they anticipate meter readings and billing for the December 1st bill will occur as regularly scheduled, but will provide information as needed.
